Lobster Ravioli

This stuff is stuffed with allergens and fat and cholesterol and everything that the smarter half are supposed to avoid. But sometimes you have to just shout Carpe Diem at your server and order the best darn food you can. No one ever said they wish they had less pleasure in their life when they are on their deathbed (unless you are in fact dying from overindulgence, but you get my point!). And today's Carpe Diem moment is: lobster ravioli. This is lobster and cheese stuffed in a pasta hat topped with a cream sauce. Words cannot describe how delicious it is. I just went with a box from the freezer aisle of the grocery store and it was good! That is a testament to just how delicious this meal is. If it is not on your bucket list, it should be. Bastille day, July 14th, is a populist holiday celebrating the day that the citizens of France stormed the Bastille to mark that they will take back their country. How inspiring!  Martha Stewart French Macaroon Recipe Those that are not quite jet set may not be able to fly off to celebrate La FĂȘte Nationale with the natives, but there are plenty of ways to honor the center of art, pastry, and fashion in your own town or from the comfort of your own living room. Museums- the may not be the Louvre, but take in your favorite classic French artist on display in Philadelphia, New York, DC, Chicago, LA....
